MACEDON, Philippi. Hadrian. AD 117-138. Æ (23mm, 7.73 g, 7h). Laureate and cuirassed bust right, slight drapery on shoulder / Divus Augustus standing left on basis inscribed DIVVS/[AVG], raising hand; Divus Julius standing behind, crowning him with wreath; altar on either side. RPC III 665 var. (bust type); Varbanov 3782 var. (same). Near VF, black-green and red patina, some roughness.
